Amazing! This property has everything you can ask for. Beth is an amazing host and very accommodating, her communication is great, she even accepted our groceries and put them away for us. We arrived to a generous gift of drinks and snacks. The house is beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood, spacious, clean and has every amenity you need. When we return to the Derby this will be our spot!

We really loved our time at this house. Spacious and in a great neighborhood. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Great place for adults and kids - the playground in the backyard was incredible for our little one. Definitely recommend!
