About this house rental
Brand new beach house (All 5 star reviews) 3/2.5 sleeps 10. Very private backyard with pool and BBQ, 2 minute walk to pristine white Sandy beach!!
Two year old home, very private (fenced in yard), 5 houses from the non-driving section of the beach, with a private heated pool. We also have the same exact house located directly across the street (Sand Dollar Beach Cottage). Specialty coffee shop at corner, bike rentals, restaurants and shops a few blocks away. 3 miles from downtown!
What our guests say they love the most about the house:
- The design and decor of the house- simple, clean, and everything a family needs
- the heated private pool
- never having to drive, one block away is a boutique coffee shop (Kuckbarros), bike rentals for a ride on the beach, taco shop, surf shop (Pit surf shop), ice cream shop (cone heads), bathing suit shop (sunshine), barbecue restaurant (Jacks), seafood restaurant (high tides), ocean front restaurant (beachcombers) and more!
- Beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon to take to the award-winning beach
- being able to take your furry friend on vacation and better yet, enjoy the beach.
- enjoying new fully stocked kitchen, master downstairs (king). Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1- queen)and bunk bed room (twin over full with extra twin) and loft ( queen sleeper). ALL ROOMS have brand new smart T.V.’s.
Keyless entry. Parking for 4 vehicles- do not park on street.
We honor your privacy but live in the neighborhood if you need anything.

Pool alarm on site- please use it if you have children or pets. Heating the pool is $10 a day (which covers the cost).

The house was the perfect size, correct amt of bedrooms for our little family vacation.
We really appreciated the fenced in backyard with the in-ground pool, grill, outside shower, etc.We also appreciated the beach wagon, umbrellas, and chairs.
We wanted to let the owner know that it appeared that the garbage disposal was leaking under the sink, the whale beach chair bottom was ripped in half, the washer machine makes a loud weird noise in wash cycle, all minor issues for the perfect house!
Small suggestions: some quality tupperware, tea pot, small fry pans, serving platters, beefy wine opener, pyrex baking pans, shelving units, hanging racks, dressers in bedrooms and their closets, wall decor in bedrooms (ocean/beach art), blinds for dining room window.
Super cool location near beach and shops! Great response time by owners!

The beautiful Sand Dollar home on St. Augustine Beach is a real gem! Great location, nice privacy and a great way to relax. Highly Recommend!
