About this house rental
This dynamic chalet is a beautiful home, In walking distance from the Shawnee Ski Resort.
52"' TV in the Main Living Room with HBO.
The Kitchen has also been updated with new appliances and a variety of cooking tools to have a dinner party.
Featured in the bonus room on the 72" monitor, bring your "own" play station, or X Box,front and rear deck has picnic table, rear deck has weber grill, brbq/tank supplied.
The pool table is equipped with balls and sticks, for adult use only.
The space
The original house was built in 1920. The land was traded for a horse! (imagine that!) It was updated in 1984 used as a skiing and hunting camp. This property has been updated in 2017, and is now offered to other families to enjoy, the way my family and I have done for years!
This property has all brand new appliances & has two gas wall fireplaces (perfect for relaxing with hot cocoa after a long day of skiing at Shawnee Mountain!). The Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor of this chalet includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite. It is connected to the Loft with a pool table (adults only) and multiple couches for entertaining. Two-bedroom are located on the main floor, both with queen size beds. A full bathroom is also located on the main floor, including a washer and dryer.
The back sunroom or Bonus Room is overlooking the grounds of this property. Be ready to see many deer and other wildlife (hunting is not permitted).
Guest access
A deck and porch are located on the back end of the home, which also wraps around to the front entrance of this oversized chalet. There is access from the Dining Room back door also. There is a picnic table to eat outside, as well as one in the front of the house.
Other things to note:
No smoking in the house, outside permitted
Check-in time 3:00 pm
Check-out time 11:00 am - (later check-outs will be charged extra if not discussed prior to check out)
Cleaning Fee $175
Extra guest - $10 per day/ per guests (more than 6 people)
Park on driveway only- 4 cars max
