This is a very thoughtfully updated Townhouse in a nice quiet community close to everything we wanted to do over July 4th weekend. We had a full house of 6, and with two full bathrooms and the half bath, plus the comfy beds in both bedrooms we were very comfortable - nobody felt crowded, and we all had a great time. Our hosts were very welcoming, responsive and accomodating and we would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

The place was nice and we loved the extra large tub.
We were going to be 2 days late getting there because of a family emergency and I tried to contact the owners 2 times, without response. When we arrived I had to contact the owners with a question (the WIFI info was to be in the unit, but when I called, because we couldn't find it, they texted it to me, so I assume it wasn't there to begin with). The communication was fine from then on.
I think the house is nicely furnished and in good shape, but it needs a thorough deep cleaning. There was "fuzz" on the walls and spiderwebs that a good Swiffer would have taken down. The front steps are in great need of paint, the back porch off the upstairs was not inviting with leaves, branches and dirt. A sliding glass door in the house between 2 rooms had dead bugs and dirt in the tracks. Again, it was a nice place, but it was not up to a 5 star standard.
For some people this probably isn't an issue, but it was for me.
