You’ll love the private, protected boat slip and the panoramic water views any time of day. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a TV, and sweeping views of the water. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern appliances. The dining table offers seating for everyone and the kitchen island offers even more. The primary bedroom has a TV, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and an en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The screened and covered wraparound porch includes a large dining table and plenty of seating. The waterfront yard has a cabana with loungers, a variety of seating, an outdoor shower, two gas grills, and a handy fish-cleaning station.
Added perks include free WiFi, a TV, and a washer/dryer. Beach toys, chairs, and games are provided too! An additional fridge, freezer, and ice machine are provided on the ground floor.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location . We stayed there before and really appreciated the extra bed and bath downstairs. It’s not longer available and that’s a big drawback!

We were absolutely thrilled with this property. My husband loved that he could put his rental boat in the slip. I loved the outdoor, enclosed porch with a stunning sunset view. The walk to one of Florida's premier beaches is so quick and direct.
From the yard we saw manatees, fish and even an eel.
The only downside is that the location is not easily swimmable and there isn't a pool but with the beach so close, it was not a problem.

Loved the bay, great fishing. Caught some grouper out back. Overall the house itself was beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Only slight downside was no fishing poles or kayak paddle but not a big deal at all.
