Josephine’s place in town- downtown Jim Thorpe

Josephine's place was a beautiful accommodation, five minutes from the center of Jim Thorpe. We fit 14 people comfortably and the decor was beautiful. Each room had a different personality. We will definitely come back to josephine's place. We were near the lehigh valley train tour, all the shops, and restaurants. And the price for this beautiful home was more than reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much, Patricia for your accommodations.

Overall we had a great stay . The location was 5 minute walk to downtown , but you have to climb a pretty steep hill . There was a back yard but the fence was broken so we couldn’t let our dog out without her being on leash . There are lots of beds and they were all very comfortable but they the bathrooms were pretty small and suite in the attic had no bathroom door for privacy. But overall the house was very clean , and great location and Patricia was very easy to communicate with and accommodating with any requests we had .

We truly appreciated the cleanliness and the home feeling environment. Jim Thorpe also made it very pleasant. The surrounding area was beneficial for shopping and our train ride.

I was surprised at some of the house conditions. The front porch was dirty and not welcoming at all as well as the back porch. The grill was rusty and had a cigarette lying on it. The kitchen floor was dirty. Some positive comments are it was great location, the house was large and could accommodate a group, there is parking for 3-4 cars.
