This brand new lakefront cottage is located just off of Highway 43.
The exterior features a large covered porch with lower level firepit.
With almost 2,400 square feet, this cottage includes an open concept floorplan that is great for entertaining with a spacious kitchen that includes new stainless steel appliances and wet bar with beverage fridge.
Other features include 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for a weekend getaway, a vacation with a family or even multiple families will be very comfortable. In addition to the 3 bedrooms each with a private bath, there is bunkroom with 4 bunkbeds.
Disclosure: There are two exterior Ring cameras at each end of the side porch walkway.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful scenery, beautifully decorated and clean home, plenty of room, reasonable drive into Tuscaloosa, and host was responsive! We had a great time!

Beautiful property and home! Plenty of room to spread out at the back porch or steps away around the stone patio/outdoor fireplace. Spacious bedrooms too. Perfect for families coming to see kids at college. The pictures don’t lie. This place is awesome!

Place was great. Clean, nice space, new construction. Sitting out on outddoor deck was very relaxing. Short drive to Tuscaloosa. Glad we stayed here
