The house has a fantastic open floor plan with a large living room area to entertain and have many folks hang out. There are more than enough bathrooms, and the dock is GREAT.

Perfect home and location to celebrate UA graduation with family and friends. Lots of space inside and outside. Loved the dock with stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Lots of seating to sit by the water. Outside patio perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and perfect for spring birding.
