Welcome to the Maritime Retreat! You will love this peaceful community and the convenience to the water! This 2200 sf house is beautifully furnished with families in mind. This home has been completely renovated and features a wonderful open-concept kitchen that is built for entertaining. The space is open to the living room and dining room keeping everyone together during your stay. This 3 bedroom , 3 bath home can accommodate up to 12 guests and features tons of amenities for the whole family.

The Maritime Retreat is the perfect space to escape the everyday grind and enjoy life on the water! Even better, despite the remote feel, you're only 20 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama!
With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there's ample space for large families or groups. In total, the house can comfortably sleep 9 guests, but there are also 3 couches that could serve as additional sleeping arrangements. It's been remodeled and outfitted with modern and cozy furnishings. Enjoy the comforts of home with a stocked kitchen, smart TVs, washer and dryer, 6-seat dining table, 4 seat kitchen bar, patio, fire pit terrace, dock with boat slip, and a large wooded lot.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin over Full bunk beds, plus a futon.
The primary bedroom connects to an updated en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The guest bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combo. The basement bathroom also has a stand-up shower.
Craving something local? Tuscaloosa has an excellent food scene with ethnic, soul, southern, and international flavors. You're merely a 20-minute drive to downtown, where you can find a great variety of restaurants waiting to satisfy any craving, including:

-For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.
