Tanner’s communication was great, always quick to respond. The house was spacious for the 8 people. Plenty to do in the house and outside the house if the weather is nice. Big wrap around porch. I would recommend if in T-town. Very close and convenient to downtown area. We all truly enjoyed the property. ROLL TIDE!!

We had a great time at the Maxwell House. 8 of us stayed and went to a Bama game and the house did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the game rooms were great. There were plenty of TVs, everything was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved the trip! Also, the communication with Tanner, the host, was top notch. Go Gators.

This is a great house in a great location! Perfect for 4 couples - loved the pool table and has a great porch/patio area. Easy location from Univ of Alabama campus - we love staying in Northport away from the traffic of downtown and it's an easy Uber ride to campus on game days. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for 8 adults. Tanner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tuscaloosa!

Very charming old home! The host was very responsive with all communication. Tanner checked in regularly to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. House was equipped. Beds were comfortable. Lovely porch to sit on and have a glass of wine. Easy to Uber to the game and going out on the town.
