About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful stay on Smith Lake. House and dock are on a quiet cove close to main water. 4 Bedroom 2 bath (Primary Bedroom has a dual shower and soaking tub, 2nd bathroom has tub/shower combo and there is an outdoor shower). The home has a flat circle driveway with parking close to the front door. There is a 70 step staircase to the lakeside covered dock in year-round water, with swim/sun deck and a boat tie up for guests boat. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.
Main Level: Full kitchen with all of the essentials. Coffee Bar. Dining area open to living room with flat screen TV. Utility room. Primary bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, desk w/chair, TV and access to the back patio. Two bedrooms with queen beds, TVs in each and 2nd bathroom.
Upper Level: 3 twin beds, 2 double beds, futon couch and TV.
Outdoors: large covered patio with propane grill, dining table, L-shaped couch with large flat screen TV. There is a lower deck with seating to enjoy the view of the lake and enjoy that morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The home sits on a 1 acre wooded lot with 300 feet of shoreline in a cove that shelters the dock from wind, waves and boat traffic. This provides for safe swimming, paddling and minimum wave action on the dock. There is a canoe, lily pad, noodle floats and 2 standup paddleboards for guests use along with life jackets and paddles provided. There is a TV in the living room, patio, primary bedroom and queen secondary bedroom with Direct TV. Other queen room and upstairs have Smart TVs for streaming. Unlimited Viasat WiFi Satellite Internet is provided and the fee is included in the daily rate. Cell service is good for Verizon and AT&T. The Wifi Internet provides email connectivity even if your cell coverage is weak.

We decided to stay here for my 36th birthday. We would give 10 stars if that were an option. The house is set in a quiet cove with no boat traffic . The beds were extremely comfortable and there’s TONS of space for a large group to go and not feel crowded. We will be back.

Everything about the property is as listed. House is great for the size, with a great back porch. Only real down side is the steps are a lot and the dock could use a little repair love.
Host is super responsive and helpful.
Would recommend for sure.

This place was awesome! Extremely clean, easy to get to, checking in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for 2-3 families to share. Would definitely stay here again.
