Romantic, quiet, cozy, your private, clean apt. And dog-friendly! Situated on lower level of our home in prestigious North Asheville. Breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by Pisgah Natl. Forest, downtown 10 min. away, Blue Ridge Pkwy just up the road.
This large 900+sf guest apartment-suite includes high-speed Wi-Fi, 1-bdr (king bed)/ bathroom en suite), custom kit., bkfst. area, living and office area, walk-in closets, laundry, bike "parking", large patio, loveseat > twin bed (for your +2).
The space

Guests enjoy a tranquil environment with private entrance to separate apartment-suite, as well as use of entire large slate patio with table and chairs. Enjoy long-range views from pergola in our yard.
This spacious 900+sf guest apartment-suite, is complete with 1-bedroom & bathroom suite, large walk-in closets, separate laundry room, office area, and well-equipped, custom gourmet kitchen with all amenities, including granite counter tops, coffered ceiling and new appliances.
Enjoy breakfast and other meals in kitchen area, or when weather permits, on the patio outside. Or relax in living area watching your favorite cable TV or Netflix program. Second TV in bedroom! Free high-speed dedicated Wi-Fi is provided as well as central air and radiant-floor heating!
Traveling with a 3rd guest? New convertible loveseat in living room pulls out to a twin bed.
Head up Elk Mtn. Scenic Hwy. straight to the Blue Ridge Pkwy (on bikes, by foot or by car), or head downtown to breweries, awesome restaurants and more. Don't miss the RAD (River Arts District) for gorgeous art and shopping.
Our place is entirely private; separate entrance and thoroughly cleaned using antiseptic cleaners on all high-touch surfaces, including kitchen appliances, counters, faucets, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, etc.

Guests enjoy private parking on premises with private entrance to separate apartment, as well as use of entire large slate patio with table and chairs. May also use pergola in yard for taking in beautiful views.

5% off for stays of 7 nights or more; 10% for 30 days +

No security deposit.
Maximum occupancy is three guests (loveseat converts to twin bed)

Apartment was gorgeous and so comfortable!!! It was also very private and quiet - with beautiful Mountain Views!! Owners were so welcoming and wonderful; and on our walks on the mountain road, we met some super friendly neighbors as well. Lots of things to see and do; or you can just relax at “home” — oh, and we enjoyed the Christmas Tree - made our stay extra special and cozy!!!

Wonderful host! Host communicated with us and was more than willing to help with anything needed. She gave a lot of great recommendations and we even walked in to a nice welcome gift on the counter. The apartment was well stocked and clean. The location was amazing! If you’re looking for a great location to everything Asheville has to offer and enjoy looking at dear out the dining window while drinking your morning coffee I would highly recommend this place. We will return! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Valerie and Dennis!
