Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place, well stocked and comfortable furniture and bedding. Very clean and well decorated. Proximity quickly to the Branson strip as well as big cedar. 10/10 would stay again.

Condo was clean and very convenient that it was on the bottom level. Hot tub and pool was great also and we had so much fun at the resorts karaoke night! Only negative I have to say when I called about a couple things the gate keeper didn't know answers to my questions.
