A perfect location and house for large groups of friends and family. Communication and service were excellent. House was exactly as advertised. A+ experience.

0ur family very much enjoyed our week at 12 Pond View. We are a small family, ranging in age from 19-80 and came from mi., Illinois, and Europe. John’s rental home was beautiful, roomy, well appointed,( furnishings, etc. appeared new….books, games exercise equipment were provided), and we were able to comfortably entertain a couple friends for a special catered event. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful with multiple outdoor furnishings provided in several areas for relaxing around the pool, eating, etc.
There were a couple kinks …mainly door locks and media functionality and it took a few days to get the pool heated, which didn’t ‘t stop most from taking a plunge. That said, when John was contacted, he responded immediately. John was pleasant, positive and helpful. 12 Pond View provided the perfect place to be together and we would definitely consider it for a future rental should we return to Nantucket.
