One of the coolest rentals on Nantucket is now available for the 2026 season! With a stunning pool, brand new movie room, and a remodeled two-floor master suite, "Stowaways" is an impeccable home located close to Town, the iconic Cisco Brewery, Cisco Beach and Bartlett's Farm. Featuring 7 bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain, this home is the perfect spot for friends and families to create endless memories. Indoor Living/Entertaining Spaces: Enter through French doors off the expansive 1000 square foot deck into a chef's kitchen with two Sub Zero refrigerators and freezers, a six burner Wolf gas range plus griddle, granite countertops, convection/microwave oven, two dishwashers and two sinks. The open layout extends from the kitchen and large island with seating, to a dining area with seating for eight, and a living room with a big flat screen TV. Off the kitchen and dining area, is the attached "Barn" Bar. This 900+ square foot/two-level hang out space, was featured on the cover of "The Wall Street Journal Real Estate Section" (https://www.wsj.com/articles/nantucket-homeowners-shake-last-call-by-building-their-own-bars-11567006830) as one of the best and most fun home bars on the island. Complete with a pool table, 22' shuffleboard table, antique backgammon/game table, over 500 one-of-a-kind collectors sports memorabilia, four TVs, and a full wine and beer garden set up. This unique entertaining space is the ultimate party spot for any occasion. Outdoor Living/Entertaining Spaces: Relax on comfortable chaise lounges by the outdoor pool while kids and family play Bocce or corn hole on the manicured and large lawn. The ever-blooming gardens over-flow with perennials and many varieties of blue, purple, and rose hydrangeas. There is a top-of-the-line large grill station, seating for 10 at the deck dining table, and an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a cocktail and some of the best sunsets in the world. An enclosed outdoor shower is located off the back deck. Sleeping Spaces: First Floor: The newly remodeled two-floor master queen suite features a private bathroom and a second-floor bonus loft space. Enjoy the office set up and comfortable seating while reading morning emails or a book. There are two additional queen bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a single twin bedroom. A full bathroom with a combination tub/shower, and a half bath completes the first floor. Lower Level: A beautiful and charming apartment suite with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sectional couch and TV. There is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a nursery with a crib (which can be converted to 2 twin beds), along with one full, and a one-half bathroom. Additional Amenities: Two laundry rooms, all the sporting and beach equipment that you would ever need, and much more! Just added for the 2025 season is a brand new family/movie room.

This house is perfect in every way! The gathering spaces for entertaining are plentiful, the heated pool and outdoor areas allowed both adults and kids to enjoy our perfect 70’s weather. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of space to cook and dine. The owners were available if needed immediately! All bedrooms and bath were styled beautifully!

Tom was the best host .The house was perfect for two separate families to stay in . The downstairs features a completely separate living area with kitchen . This was fantastic for two families with small children who are on separate schedules . The outside of the home was the best part from the pool to the playground . Amazing home and host !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Nantucket home! The pool was absolutely perfect—clean, private, and a great spot to relax after a day exploring the island. The sports room was a huge hit with everyone, offering fun and entertainment for all ages. Tom and Mary Jo were incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts, making sure everything was just right throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Nantucket getaway!

The house is spectacular, plenty of space for our group of 9 and fully equipped with everything you need. Outdoor decks, BBQ, lawns and gardens are beautiful. The Owners, Tom & Mary Jo are the BEST, very accommodating and friendly. We will be back!
