Welcome the whole family to be together for relaxation and meals! You'll cook up a storm in the full kitchen featuring a professional-grade Wolf range and spill onto the private patio for dining alfresco alongside a backlit waterfall. Families with kids and dogs relish the sunny, fully fenced backyard, back deck, patio with BBQ, and hot tub.
Cozy up in the living room to watch a movie or take a walk to the Monte Rio Beach, restaurants, locally made ice cream, and additional recreation. You're a short drive to wineries, coastal hikes, adventures in redwood forests, or floating down the Russian River. And after a day of exploration, luxuriate in the master bathroom's soaking tub or glass-walled shower. Parking: There is parking for 4 cars - 1 to 2 cars in the driveway and more in front of the house. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
Bed Sizes: Master bedroom: King; Second Bedroom: Queen; Third Bedroom: Twin over Double Bunk bed with Twin Trundle.
Heat Source: Central heat plus a gas fireplace in the living room.
Rec/Game Room: The game room is an unheated, uninsulated space. Temperature varies throughout the year.
Location: Bella Vita is located in a comfortable residential neighborhood with mostly long-term residents. There is a power substation just up the street - less than a block from the house.
Stairs: While the living areas in the house are all one level, there are several stairs to the front door, from the kitchen into the garage/rec room, and out into the back yard.
Fencing: The backyard is full fenced.
Proximity to wineries: There are several tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville (4.6 mi) and an abundance of vineyards and tasting rooms within a 10 mi radius.
Nearest River Beach: The Monte Rio Beach is 0.4 miles and is open year-round with concessions and boat rentals in the summer. Part of the beach is dog friendly.
