Sip morning coffee on the master bedroom deck. In the evenings, dine alfresco on the covered deck, appointed with table seating for four, as well as additional patio chairs. A shared picnic table is also available underneath the building. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Really great location, and the decks (one in front and one out back) are really nice for relaxing on. The condo really needs some updating, the furnishings seem a bit worn, it has a very musty smell which is worst in the back bedroom. I think the carpet in that room especially needs to be replaced as it seems permanently mildewed. The living room and kitchen are nicely furnished. Beds were adequate. The screen door was ripped on the back door, and it would have been nice to have a numeric lock on that door as well so the property could be entered that way as well. There was some sand on the floor when we checked in but other than that the condo was fairly clean and we appreciated the sheets, towels and toiletries provided. It was mostly an enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend if the carpet is replaced.

The condo had the perfect layout. It isn’t fancy but it was clean and had most everything we needed. The washer/dryer worked great. The location was right next to the beach and all activities were a short drive away. Minor issues include missing lightbulbs, minimal towels supplied, and kitchen could have been better stocked. We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean City!

Place was clean but outdated. There was a musty smell as soon as we walked in that bothered me. Bring your own pillows and blankets, the ones provided were thin. The master bathroom is tiny, especially the shower. The other bathroom was a nice size so we just used that one. I thought the place would have an ocean view but it did not, was disappointed in that. The summary of the place should make that clear. The deck was not inviting, just had some plastic chairs and a table so we didn’t spend any time out there. The air conditioning worked great. It kept us cool after spending the day outside in 90 degree weather.
