We had a great time at this property! Check in involved stopping by an office outside of sea pines first and getting our guest pass so we could drive into sea pines. The condo was beautiful and very clean and the kitchen had all kinds of tools needed to cook. They also had a good TV, comfy sofa and some puzzles for rainy days, of which we had several. We enjoyed seeing alligators in the pond outside occasionally too! The location was right next to sea pines shops, which has a bike rental store and a free trolley stop which is convenient to get you all around sea pines. I wouldn't walk to the beach from here, but bike riding and taking the trolley was easy.They provided 1 paper towel roll, 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small soap bars, a little bottle of dish soap, 2 dish pods, and a new sponge. I would recommend brining some extra toilet paper, extra dish detergent (or pods), and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and an extra soap bar. They were also very clear about you needing to bring extra toiletries so nothing was unexpected. They also had a hair dryer, a beach chair, some sand castle toys, all of which they said to bring, which I wish I knew I didn't need to bring so I could save room packing.Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend this place! Some things to know: you can hear your upstairs neighbors' footsteps. Didn't keep us awake but could bother others. The patio isn't rainproof so we didn't use it. Tub is big (yay!) but has steps to get in/out of.

The property was clean and well-located. It was a short distance from Smith Stearns Tennis Academy and a quick bike ride from the Lighthouse and nearby shops and restaurants. There was a pool nearby. Perfect for a family of 3.

Great location. Close to the lighthouse area. The only issue for my husband and I (seniors) is that getting into the bath/shower is difficult to do safely.

Our stay was pleasant enough. The tub/ shower could be difficult to get in and out of. The condo was clean and it was easy to get around sea pines and the beach from this location.
