As you walk in to this second-floor upper villa you are greeted with high cathedral ceilings in the bright and comfortable living space. The living space seamlessly ties into the dinning room table and fully equipped compact kitchen with stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer. Also within the living and dinning room area is the sliding glass door to the outdoor porch that overlooks a lagoon and grassy field!
the first bedroom, the primary retreat, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, providing a restful sanctuary after a day of exploration. This bedroom also comes with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The en-suite bathroom is well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The second bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, offering two comfortable twin beds. This room is ideal for family members or friends sharing the condo. The convenience of a connected bathroom ensures that everyone has their own space and can get ready for the day with ease.

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**
-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

The condo was very clean, very nice. It’s in an excellent Seapines location. We were able to view wildlife from the deck.The newly renovated bathrooms are so nice. The kitchen is very well appointed

Wonderful location for riding our bikes, playing pickle ball, going to a movie, walking to restaurants, exploring Harbor Town and reading on the rocking chair "decks".The condo is very nice and spacious, has a great view of the alligator pond. Not impressed with housekeeping and maintenance - the dining room triple windows were filthy on the inside with the impressions of dream catchers remaining on two windows, the 2 sliding glass doors had so much debris in the tracks that we could barely open either one, the deck was totally covered with pine needles, leaves and small branches upon arrival, the light provided by table lamps was certainly inadequate, the kitchen is very tired and disorganized,the pots and pans are old and some not usable, the kitchen sink had no drain basket to catch food, and we found blood stains on two bed linen items.The location and clean, comfortable home decor made it worth staying for our 4-week vacation, so we washed windows, cleaned out the door tracks, kept the deck swept, had light bulbs changed and a sink basket installed by the rental agency.

Excellent location to everything and very clean. It definitely made our family vacation memorable with everything being conveniently located. We would definitely come back again.
