This newly remodeled unit has new bathrooms, new flloors and paint throughout the unit, a lagoon view from the deck. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in second bedroom. The sofa bed sleeps two. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
Tennis courts and pool are offered in the complex. Three golf courses are nearby including Harbour Town Links. Miles of bike trails are also available.

Great location for our one night stay in Sea Pines! The owner reached out before our stay and was friendly and responsive. The property was exactly as described, clean, and quiet.

This condo was very underwhelming and not worth the price. First issue was actually getting inside, the lockbox which held the key was damaged. The key did not work after several attempts. Later the owner advised you need to pull the key out a bit for it to work. It’s 2021, get a keyless entry. Next, the place was poorly cleaned. We found a used bar of soap in the shower, mildewed shower liner, hair on the shower floor. We also found pills and candy on the floor and pet hair on the furniture. In addition to it being unsanitary especially during a pandemic what if a child had picked up the pills? The deck had not been cleaned or swept. I guess that’s not included in the cleaning fee. The dishes were not clean, honestly some of them needed to be thrown out. The extra pillows were soiled with yellow stains. If this was not enough there were ants. The best thing about it was that the master shower was huge and appeared to be newly updated. Honestly if it were cleaned and maintained a little better it would not be a bad stay.
