It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a newly installed HVAC unit, a private balcony with terrific beach views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have been staying at the Golden Sands for several years. Love everything about it. The Tiki Hut and its staff are attentive and fast workers. Food is excellent. Will be back again.

This was a great location and the building has many amenities for families to enjoy. The unit itself is dated as others mentioned but we really only needed it as a changing/sleeping space. Carpet stained and screen door to patio was not on its track upon arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would advise to not don't expect alot out of the unit other than a fabulous location and use of the buildings many amenities.

I was late in booking our trip for a dance competition. With this room still available, I was worried on the condition and why no one else booked it.
This condo was perfect for us. It was just myself, husband and daughter. We did not feel crowded at all even with all our beach and dance stuff. The kitchen was well stocked even with coffee filters. This room is on the 5th floor, so not too high for those who do not like heights but high enough to look out into the ocean. We enjoyed the music from the Tiki Bar on Wednesday night. If we get into the competition again next year, I will be happy to book here.
only downside I have to mention is for the light sleepers. The AC is in the bedroom closet and it is pretty loud especially when it kicks on.

Beautiful view & great location but property needs major updating. Stains on carpet were worst I have ever seen in rental. Part of cabinet was peeling, Missing doorknob. Dryer did not work correctly and had do not use sign on it. Signs of water damage & toilet paper stuck in cracks in ceiling in bathroom.
