This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home just a few blocks from the beach offers sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests, is located in the gated community of Frangista Beach and includes a 6-passenger golf cart as well as bicycles for guest enjoyment. This property is professionally managed by Turnkey Escapes, a locally-owned and operated vacation rental company dedicated to providing dream vacations. We'd love to host you!
Upon entering the home you'll appreciate the bright and cheerful decor and spacious feel.
Sleeping accommodation on the first floor include master suite features a king bed, closet and private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The entrance of the home home opens up to a spacious kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 6 overlooking the living room and dining space. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and access to the back yard and patio area. There is a hall bathroom located just across from the living room and kitchen area.
Sleeping accommodations on the first floor include:
A guest suite with king bed, closet and private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Head up the stairs to a landing that leads to 3 additional bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations on the second floor include:
A grand master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower as well as a private balcony perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
A second suite with queen bed, closet and private en suite bathroom offering a tub/shower combo.
A guest bunk room with two sets of bunks including 3 double beds and 3 twin beds as well as an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The outdoor oasis, accessible from the living room, offers a screened back patio with casual seating, an outdoor dining space with a propane grill, fire pit with circular seating and an outdoor shower.
Rental of this property includes bicycles and a 6-passenger golf cart for guest enjoyment. Use of the golf cart is only permitted after signing of a golf cart liability waiver indicating agreement to all terms and conditions of use.

We had the best time staying here. We had a group of high school seniors and moms and the layout was perfect! The included golf cart was also definitely a bonus. Although this house doesn’t have a pool on property, there is a neighborhood pool with a very short walk. The communication with the management company was also excellent. We will be back!

very nice home in a new neighborhood. some construction and no bikes as advertised but overall a great experience. we had some communication concerns going in due to lack of response in advance of the trip but when it came to our stay everything went perfectly. well stocked, great location, overall great experience.

There was a total of 13 in my group, 7 adults and 6 kids 15 and under. The home was extremely beautiful and easy to find. When we arrived there was nothing dirty or out of place. The golf cart was a win for every one. Because streets are narrow, the golf cart made it easy to get around to stores and beach access. We didn’t have any issues within the neighborhood. I texted to ask about the area pool but never received a response back. We drove around and landed there easily. Only problem we had was with the beach access info that was given to us. We were told we could go at the end of our road but we were stopped by security and told we had to go down a block and utilize that one instead. I texted about this issue as well but no response. Over all, my family really enjoyed the stay and are looking to book this home again next year!

This property truly is as advertised — beautiful and spacious, with pictures that matched what we saw in person. It had everything we needed and even a few extra comforts, making it a great fit for our family.However, upon arrival, we noticed some minor issues like trash left behind outside and a missing cabinet door — nothing that would have ruined the trip. I contacted the property manager to inform them, and we moved on, ready to relax.Unfortunately, things took a serious turn. Around midnight, my husband found a bedbug on his pillow. We immediately tried contacting the property manager, who didn’t respond at the time. We also called Vrbo but were disconnected twice. We had no choice but to inspect every room ourselves. Thankfully, it wasn’t an infestation, but finding even one bedbug is alarming.The next day, the property manager’s spouse came to inspect. We packed up and drove an hour to Panama City Beach to stay elsewhere.I still believe this home could be wonderful for a large family or group if thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
