Overall we had a good trip, initial disappointment and some hiccups with the maintenance and housekeeping upon arrival. Cleanliness was unacceptable, obvious corners were cut, which the management were going to address.(similar complaints about same housekeeping)The outdoor kitchen and backyard which were our selling point were a disappointment practically unusable, but the property management were very quick to respond and good to address any issues they could without interrupting our stay. The outlets need updating to charge the golf cart, but the golf cart rental company was quick to replace with gas powered cart. The back porch lights didn’t work but we brought our own flashlights. The location was great for restaurants and shopping nearby. The golf cart made things much easier for toting the little ones around the gated community to the pool and down to the beach, which would’ve been a bit much for them to walk. Parking at the public beach access was terrible, but with the cart it made things easier. Overall the house was nice with plenty of space for everyone in our group,and the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay after overcoming the initial obstacles.
