This is a three-bedroom, two-bath condominium in a desirable downtown historic area, only 350 feet from the boardwalk and beach and with an outdoor pool. You'll also have a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, balconies, an elevator, and an outside shower. Bel Mare 204 is in a great location for all inlet events close by and you can come and go as you please. This home includes internet, TVs in all four rooms, and covered parking for your bikes, corvettes, and cruisers.

The fireplace is not available for use.
The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This Unit was very cleaned and very spacious. Fit a family of 6 very comfortably. Nicely decorated. Beds were awesome! The pool was great. Within one block from the boardwalk. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Not sure where we are going next year, but if its ocean city again, we definitely will be booking this unit again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Two adults and five kids with plenty of room. Location was great. Only a block from the beach. The only downside was there is currently construction right outside the master bedroom and they start early! So I was woken up every morning to that noise. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely come back!

Great location in OC, right near the amusement area. 5 minutes and you’re on the boardwalk. Very convenient parking, made unloading and loading easy. Beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the condo overall very much. The pool on site was great for the kids, and adults alike. The Dunkin’ on the corner was a nice easy breakfast choice a time or two as well.
