**COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS** Before you book with us we want you to know that we are committed to providing our guests the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times.
Besides our routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.
We have added rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that all surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants. In guest rooms. We will also be placing disinfecting wipes or hand sanitizer for guests’ personal use.

Little cottage by the Pine tree is a quaint, air conditioned and well appointed space with private access & entrance. The cottage is detached but on shared property with a larger main house in the front. Exterior spaces are common areas. pets (dogs) live on the property but are never unsupervised and seldom make any noise.
The neighborhood
, Croissant Park is one of Fort Lauderdale’s Oldest and safest neighborhoods. We have several historic homes, some over a 100 years which can often look run down to some or charming to others. Majority of our community members are the elderly and families. It is perfectly safe to walk here.
The room has a queen sized bed as well as a 2 single sofa beds that are modular. It can be either put together to make another queen size bed or 2 single beds. Max capacity is 4 guests.The cottage has a large bathroom with a walk in shower. Toiletries & towels are provided for guests as well as a hair dryer.
A full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator & microwave are also available for guests to use. Coffee & tea is complimentary.
A dining space is also available to guests and a desk for work space.
One parking space is available for guests.
We have two bikes that are available for guests to use. Please ask if you'd like to use them so we can provide you with security codes to lock.
Two beach chairs and an umbrella also available for use!
**Strictly non-smoking**
Guest access
Guests are welcome to smoke outside, strictly no smoking permitted inside.
Other things to note
Each additional guest after 2 guests is an extra $10 per night, please specify the correct number of guests when you book.
