About this house rental
The mountain retreat has stunning views of the Chittenden Reservoir and horse pasture. Take in all of the beauty of the Vermont countryside whether Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall. Walk to the Mountain Top Inn from the house - a perfect location if attending an event, wedding or just a quiet getaway in the mountains. The Mountain Top Resort has a 4 star restaurant and a beautiful tavern for drinks or more casual fare. The house is newly furnished with brand new comfortable beds, bedding and couches.
Guests can enjoy a multitude of activities at the Resort next door (Cross Country Skiing, Equestrian Center, Clay Shooting, Snow Shoeing, Hiking, Spa Services) or near by attractions like Killington, Pico, Hathaway Farms, Chittenden Reservoir, Mountain Biking, Road Biking or numerous golf courses.
A large 2nd floor outdoor deck allows you to soak in magnificent views. Enjoy two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, nicely appointed bedrooms (2 Queen bedrooms and 2 Full size double beds - Bunk), two full bathrooms and outdoor fire pit. The home has several board games, 2 flat screen Smart TVs, Wifi. Guests may use one bay of the garage.
We are looking for respectful guests who appreciate our love for the property and the care we put into it. We want our guests to feel welcome as they create special memories with their families at either a special event or weekend getaway. We only plan to rent a portion of the year as we like to enjoy the property as well. Please book reservations early to secure your dates.

The owner was very responsive with communication. Told us all the info about the house we would need (WiFi passwords, etc). The house was clean, and plenty of space. The house is about 20-30 mins away from Killington Recommend renting from her if you’re in the area.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home with incredible views of the Chittenden Reservoir just up the road from the Mountain Top Resort. It was the perfect location for our friends wedding. We loved the huge deck. The house was very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The view from this house is absolutely incredible and it’s so close to the Mountain Top Inn if you’re there for an event- it’s the perfect spot to stay.
