The main level features a relaxing living area with a wood-burning fieldstone fireplace and a new Smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu). The dining area seats six, which is ideal for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Step out onto the large deck off the dining area, perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful backyard. You'll also have exclusive access to a private swimming pond. A cozy full bedroom with an attached half bath completes the main level.
On the lower level, you'll find another comfortable full bedroom, and the master bedroom, featuring a new full bed, a 42-inch TV with streaming access, and an attached bathroom with an oversized tub. There's also a full bath, a washer/dryer, and an office room with a computer for your use. Two bear-proof garbage bins are provided for convenience.

We came to Vermont for the Fall foliage and hiking. The home at Hawk's Landing was perfectly located for this and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This is the second year we have spent September in the Green Mountains at Hawk Landing. We chose the property because it is pet/cat friendly. The house is spacious and fully furnished with a second floor deck with railings that permits our cats to go outside without being leashed. As long as your driver can negotiate narrow steep gravel roads you will love the location. We play golf throughout Vermont and this property is centrally located making it easy to get to any golf course in a reasonable amount of time. Pittsfield is a quaint little town but close enough to Killington Resort and Rutland to provide a great variety of dining experiences. Vermont breakfasts cannot be beat. We love Vermont in the fall with the changing weather, changing leaf colors and mountain vistas and this property allows us to enjoy it all.
