About this apartment rental
Beautifully decorated Stillwater’s Condo with new furnishings and great views! This 2 BR/2bath condo has a king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 ottoman pull out beds. All of our beds have Tempurpedic mattress toppers. Boat slip is directly in front of condo in a calm water area. Condo is on the same level as the parking with only 4 steps. It has a fully stocked kitchen, with outside fridge with more drink storage, WIFI, and cable. Dining area seats 6 along with 2 bar stools. There are 2 balconies - 1 with a small sectional and love seat and the other a table with bar stools.
There is a gated pool for Sunset Cove guests and 3 grills and a picnic area available for use. Stillwaters is a gated golf community with tennis courts, Harbor Point Marina and a fun playground.
It is a great condo for family getaways, weddings, and Auburn football weekends!
We are located 5 minutes from Copper’s Grill - where bands play most Friday and Saturday nights, CHuck’s Pizza, Oscars, and Niffers.
There is a gated pool for Sunset Cove guests and 3 grills and a picnic area available for use. Stillwaters is a gated golf community with tennis courts, Harbor Point Marina and a fun playground.

The photos didn’t do this place justice. This condo was perfect for our family. Boat slip was right in front of condo. The place was clean and well stocked. The balconies were amazing, the view was great, the boat dock was convenient, the location was perfectly located, the list goes on. We will be staying again soon!

The property was beautiful. The furnishings were modern, the decor was lovely, and we were very impressed! The balconies were so nice & just sitting near the water was relaxing.
Our only request would be a ramp for carrying items in and out of the condo.
We had a great weekend!
