The location on the lake is ideal with convenient access to marinas, restaurants, boat ramps, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, hiking, lake attractions and an easy 30 minute drive to Auburn!
This beauty is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! Our home offers incredible views of the lake. Enjoy a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, the dining room with custom-built farm table and large island for gathering and conversing, comfortable living room with 75-inch big screen.
Walk out the door and enjoy your back porch area with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Or, enjoy a cool beverage and watch the incredible sunsets. Relax lakeside on the sandy beach, in boat house or on the covered deck absorbing the gorgeous views. Great swimming, floating and fishing! Enjoy the kayaks, paddleboats, canoe, floats and sand toys. Or challenge each other with a game of corn hole. The fun never stops!
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! The master bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with soaking tub and beautifully tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom is decorated Americana style, (we love our USA!) It has two sets of bunkbeds. If you are looking for the perfect get away for yourself and your family, then look no further! This is an ideal setting nestled in a private slough close to Chimney Rock, Chuck’s Marina and the Big Water of pristine Lake Martin!
This home is part of Holiday Cove, a four-home lakefront retreat that can accommodate up to 48 guests total—making it ideal for family reunions, church retreats, corporate gatherings, or multi-family vacations. Rent one home or all four!

This lake house is such a gem! We’re so glad to have found you. It worked out so good for family in two rooms on one side of the house and the master bedroom on the other side. The house is immaculate, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous spot on the lake, and helpful instructions from the host. We look forward to staying again and again!

This is our 6th time staying at Lake Martin, but our first on this property. The house was very neat and tidy. My boys enjoyed having access. We will be coming back!

The house was clean and comfortable! The hosts were super friendly and cery accessible if we needed anything. This is a great location in the cove to get away from the busy lake traffic. Kids can thoroughly enjoy the sand beach with both shallow and deeper water options. We were able to easily dock our pontoon boat as well. We woukd certainly stay here again!

My family had a wonderful trip. The house was super clean and cozy. Definitely would recommend staying here. Great house and view of the water !
