About this house rental
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of Lake Martins most exclusive private gated communities. Enjoy an early round of golf before rejoining the kid's and going for boat rides to all of the many Lake-side restaraunts. After your crew is tired of boarding, tubing and skiing; Take them by Chimney Rock to test their courage on the rock.
You may also find a few exciting rope swings at Sandy Creek. When it's all said and done, come back to the villa where you've been smoking meat all day on the green egg. Throw a round of horse shoes, sit under the covered porch, and enjoy the ceiling fan as you watch one of the most majestic sunset points on the lake. But if you come and stay with us, be sure to sign in and tell us your memories.

This was a trip down memory lane for us as we spent 10 years on Lake Martin prior to making the move to full time lake life on Smith Lake in 2019. We brought the family back down and did all the things we remembered: goat island, peanut point, Ice cream at Windcreek and most importantly ate Chuck’s pizza for lunch 2 days straight! It was so close to the condo!! A great stay was had and some new memories made! Beds are SUPER comfy and the back porch is AWESOME! Thank you for a wonderful accommodation! We’re going to try to make this an annual tradition now!!

Wife and I had a great time with two other couples who also have kids at Auburn. We invited the kids down on Friday and again on Sunday after the game it was fantastic

We love staying here. It is convenient to the marina and it has a dock for a boat and you can bring your animal, which we love!

It’s a very quiet place to stay, great access to water. The owner was responsive. On the negative side, there were substantial issues with roaches, the floor was very dirty, under the beds must not have been cleaned in ages. If cleaned properly, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 (due to older furnishings and bedding).
