The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 13.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Unit was perfect for us with a family of 5. The two kids loved sharing the room with the two beds. Unit was clean, and everything in the complex was easily accessible. We did have an issue with not having towels or sheets when first in the room but was quickly addressed. Plenty to do for families on the grounds...great location, easy pool/beach access. Would definitely stay again.

Fully equipped home with magnificent views. Big enough to accommodate a family of six for sleeping. Had sister and mother with their spices over for dinner several nights. So much to do right on site. Staff were friendly and helpful. 2 electric car chargers, had no trouble charging during the trip. Great kite flying. Lulled to sleep by ocean waves. Movie theater experience was so cool… great list of available movies for all ages. One of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had!!!!!
