The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Step inside this ocean view condo to be greeted by several updates made in 2021, including a new queen bed in the second bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room. Additional features include a spacious balcony that's accessed in both the living room and the primary bedroom, a fully appointed kitchen, and TVs in the living room, the den, and both bedrooms. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This condo features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area, but The den is open (there's no partition/wall) Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This unit has been thoughtfully prepared! We were thrilled when we walked through the door and found it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owners have taken time to ensure the kitchen has all you could need, down to a crockpot. We loved sitting on the amazing balcony furniture in the evenings, and even caught some fireworks two of the nights.

This condo was just like it said. Very nice and decorated beach theme which was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. We have staying in this building for 3 yrs. now and this condo was probably the best. The only down fall of the building is the unloading / loading process. A lot of people all at one time and not so many carts. Will be staying there again though.

The check in process was quick and easy but we had to pay a $50 nonrefundable cash only deposit for the permit. Our television with DIRECTV was out of service from Tuesday evening until we left Saturday. We called twice and nobody came to repair it. Also don’t plan on taking back to back showers because the hot water ran out on us after one shower. We tried cleaning up prior to leaving but the vacuum was broken and just blew things back out at us. We communicated with the building and haven’t yet received a response and we’re already home. Otherwise the place was a pure joy. The kids enjoyed all three poles and the beautiful beaches.
