With 3 Swimming Pools, 3 Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, a Game Room, a Playground, Fitness Center, and its own Movie Theatre....that's right, a Movie Theatre - there is NO better place to be in OC! Sea Watch Guests may enjoy free movies with only one catch - bring your own popcorn! And for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon arriving at the Sea Watch, you will appreciate being able to park your car in the shade of the Covered Parking Garage with 7ft Clearance.

Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi, Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! Outdoor seating makes it an awesome place to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the Dolphins play! Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.
Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.

We only booked 3 nights and I wish we stayed longer! The property and amenities were amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family with young children and tons to do without having to leave the condo. We will definitely be back next summer.
