The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well.
This condo features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean that can be accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom. After a beautiful day spent on the beach, you'll come home to central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a TV in each of the sleeping spaces.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This condo features a den/sunroom with pocket doors that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area
Smoking is not permitted.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit is absolutely one that is well kept and the owners truly try to provide everything that you need for a great week at the beach. All appliances were fairly new (microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher were almost brand new.) Both bathrooms were well appointed and the showers were great! Bedrooms were very comfortable as well as the living/dining area. Overall would absolutely stay there again, just would like to not see fees that were so high. An additional 24% in fees for minimal human interaction and online reservations seems a bit inflated.

The room is very nice. The beds are comfortable and the lay out is very accommodating we would definitely stay in 606 again. we did have a issue with the cleaning people not cleaning the room and showing up before we checked out but management is supposed to be being handling it.

Highly recommend this condo! Very clean, so many condo amenities including splash pad, outdoor and indoor pool, movie theatre, it’s own sun shop, etc. The condo was nicely stocked for things a family would need but I also brought my own. It was a great view on the couch of the beach and water. We will definitely be back at this condo!
