This comfortable home base features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning to keep you cool on even the warmest summer days.
This home is wonderfully located on the quieter north side of Ocean City. You'll be a few blocks (across Coastal Highway) from the ocean beach and less than a block from Coastal Highway itself, which is lined with popular shops, restaurants, and attractions. Northside Park is only half a mile north, offering sports fields, a fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events.
THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall the experience was excellent. At first it was a concern as we got called the day of to be informed that the original house was not going to be available, but they had a resolution for us that worked out very well.
As for the replacement unit, it was very well maintained, clean and in a good location to the beach and other amenities. I would recommend this unit to anyone who has a large group as the townhouse was very spacious and teh walk to the beach was not bad at all. The unit also has access to a pool that is a good size and never felt over crowded.

This place was very accommodating. Walking distance to our favorite locations. Accessibility and parking was great. Just one little issue, the mattress on the queen size bed upstairs was extremely hard. Other than that it worked out great for our family. We will definitely be back.

The location of the property was great and we loved having a pool for the kids, but the property is really showing it’s age. It looks like not much has been done since the pictures were taken. The carpets are dirty (stained) as well as the couches. The crack in the mirror was fixed with tape. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We even did some cleaning upon arrival, as it was dusty and dirty.
