NEW PICS SOON! This fully furnished 3 bed 2 bath house sleeps 9. (10 if you want to sleep on a futon!) and is the perfect location for attending ball tournaments, swim meets, and concerts at the new SMPA! Enjoy cooking meals in your fully furnished kitchen, streaming your favorite show on the smart tv, and even doing a load of laundry between ballgames. The back patio provides a cozy sitting area to relax after a long day or enjoy your morning coffee.

Walking distance to downtown Albertville where you'll find some pretty great shops and restaurants like Local Joes, Maters, Gordos's Tacos, Jamoka's Coffee Shop, STACH, The Plaid Giraffe Children's Boutique, Bucci, Sticks & Vines, and the Busted Oak Bourbon Society, just to name a few!

Downstairs: kitchen, living/dining, laundry as well as king sized bedroom and full bathroom with tub.
UPSTAIRS: There is one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with the twin over queen bunk beds and futon. (the futon is best for children, as they aren't very comfortable.)

The property was perfect for our needs! We were in town for the holiday and the location made getting around to visit family very easy.
The hosts were great and communication was quick and precise!

Great place and convenient to sand mountain park. We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was so much better than staying in hotel! Thank you!

It was perfect for my two sisters and myself for seven days! i can't imagine being in there with 10 people! Our only problem was that it was warm/hot a couple of days and the upstairs was very uncomfortable. So, downstairs had to be too cold to cool the upstairs to a moderate cool.
