Inside, the home welcomes guests with a comfortable living room centered around a gas fireplace, creating an inviting space for the whole group to gather after a day of biking, swimming, skiing, or exploring Sunriver. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for family meals, holiday dinners, and easy mornings before adventure, while the back deck offers a gas BBQ and patio seating for relaxed outdoor dining beneath the pines.
The main level includes a king ensuite bedroom with an attached bathroom and TV, offering privacy and convenience for guests who prefer single-level living. A second main-level bedroom features two twin trundles and a TV, with a full bathroom and laundry room located nearby. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, including a second king ensuite with an attached bathroom and TV, a queen bedroom, and another king bedroom, along with a full bathroom to comfortably support larger groups.
For families, the home is especially well-prepared, with a high chair and Pack-n-Play included for younger travelers. Air conditioning adds comfort during warm summer days, while the gas fireplace makes the home equally inviting during crisp Sunriver evenings and winter stays.

In a big house like this there will inevitably be issues. The host was immediately available and willing to handle them on the spot. It was a great stay and an awesome house.

We brought our entire family to Sunriver for Christmas and to find some snow to play in! The house was perfect for the 11 of us with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was a little tight around the dining table and bar for Christmas dinner as there was so much snow we couldn’t use the outdoor tables for extra seating….. but we made it work! The game room was a life saver with the children….. they got loud and a bit rowdy and we could barely hear them upstairs.! Great house for a large family gathering… plenty of dishes and cooking items and even a few spices that we had forgotten at home and were able to use at the house.
