Currently, the common areas are having renovations done for an undetermined time onsite. There may be noise due to construction during hours of the day due to repairs.
This rental's HOA requires guests to complete a registration card within 24 hours of arrival.
Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Documentation for service animals must be submitted to the HOA directly.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Property was clean, but showed some older decor. Location was near Tin City, downtown Naples and Cambier Park. Air traffic day and night as this location was in the landing path for Naples Airport. Good view of the marina from this condo. Enjoyable stay.

Condo was perfect for 2-3 people. Extremely comfortable from the sofa to the beds. Instructions were accurate. Prompt and courteous Turnkey staff - very helpful. I would stay here again for sure! Only issue was a threat of gettin my car towed because it was not registered with condo association. Even though Turnkey tried to help, the issue was not resolved. Not fun when there is a threat of towing our car. However, it was a splendid stay for sure!
