The cottage is very spacious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Each unit has its own hot tub which was nice and clean. Great location right on the beach

The host was not the quality we are used to working with on reservation. Wasn't timely in responding to initial questions regarding reserving beach buggy. Only responded with information appropriately a week prior to arrival and told conflicting information. We were told all the buggies were in shop for repair and that we should contact other rental companies....they could even give us a better rate than the advertised in VRBO were avaiable with unit. (When we arrived at unit there were 4-5 buggies sitting at units.) Ended up contacting local buggy rental place and renting from them.We had valid concerns about master bedroom having a water leak in wall and possible mold. Kitchen sink faucet never consistently delivered hot enough water to wash dishes and hands. Informed Jessica, the host, and she offered to contact repair person and we decided to accept deficiency in water temperature rather than be bothered with coordinating and accommodating repairs during our vacation. Very likely a need for new hot water heater.
