Great beach house at a reasonable rate for 4th of July weekend. Everything was clean and ready on arrival for our family of four. Communication with Matt was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

The TV required a code to get on. I texted the host, it was 9:30 ish at night, that the tv needed a code. He texted back asking if it gave a code, I answered no and I never heard from him again. Also, the faucet in the master bedroom leaks and runs off onto the floor. Other than that we had a great time.

Very clean and big enough for all of our guests. The tv in the master room did not work, the mosquitoes were bad and we know that is just nature. Not a-lot of things to do like other beach homes. No swings no extras down in the parking area or the deck.
