About this villa rental
Located on a quiet residential street with access to the beautiful beach at Playa Langosta, Villa Rosa is also just a short walk to the world-famous Tamarindo beach. The single residence offers a private backyard pool surrounded by lush grounds and palm trees. Enjoy coffee on the back patio in the morning and soak in the sunshine in the afternoon.
This tropical sanctuary is ideal for two couples, a small family, or a small group of friends on holiday or a surf trip. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa-bed for additional guests. A second full bathroom is accessible from the shared living area.
Both bedrooms and the spacious living area have doors opening onto the pool area for indoor-outdoor living. Air conditioning and dual fans in the living room also keep the house cool and comfortable.
The villa offers high-speed WiFi, TV, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer to dine out, it is steps away from the Cala Luna boutique hotel and a short drive or 15-minute walk to the restaurants and bars in Tamarindo.

My family and I (2 adults, 3 small children) stayed in this beautiful villa. The private pool was perfect for our small children, as was the convenience of having a full kitchen. Our check-in was easy and our host was hospitable. When considering this property don’t pay attention to the map location provided, it is actually closer to the beach than the map shows, as well as closer to some shops and restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This property is located in a perfect location just outside Tamarindo. It’s an easy walk or golf cart ride into what the town offers. The layout was very open and perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. We absolutely love Playa Langosta and have had such a positive experience here. Villa Rosa was another wonderful to place to stay, thank you!
