3 Bedroom Oceanfront Luxury Steps To The Sand

Costa Rica is already an incredible destination, but our family vacation was exponentially enhanced by staying at this gorgeous property. We traveled with five adults and one teenager. There was plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped and several options to casually hang out together or find a moment of solitude when needed. The views were incredible, and the private beach was a huge plus. The entire property is gated with 24/7 security which added peace of mind, traveling with several young adults. The décor is modern but comfortable and felt perfectly in place for the location. Housekeeping services were offered every other day which was an unexpected benefit. The condo is also well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots/pans and other basic necessities. There's plenty of cabinet space for groceries and the appliances are new and well maintained. We loved having an in-home washer and dryer to keep up on laundry while we were there. What really made this place stand out, though, was our concierge, Aarón. He communicated with me weeks in advance, taking time to understand what kind of experiences we were looking for and working very hard to build our full trip itinerary, including scheduling reservations on our behalf for transportation, excursions, dining and many other suggested activities that not only got us excited, but provided a sense of preparation that helped us enjoy our time in Tamarindo without the stress. He was also extremely responsive, often responding to emails within an hour, and within minutes via chat while we were on site. I don't normally take advantage of concierge services as I'm more of a figure-it-out-myself type, but I can truthfully say I will always explore this services in the future, thanks to my experience with Aarón. As a family, we asked ourselves what we might have changed or wished was any different about where we stayed. The only thing we could come up with was wishing we were on the third floor rather than the second to see over the pretty palm trees. Obviously, we had to dig pretty deep to find anything to complain about. If we plan another trip to Tamarindo, we will definitely stay here again.

I rented this apartment because it has a great location and was newly renovated. I was very impressed with the size and the renovations were beyond expectation. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding, big kitchen with all amenities as well as the perfect lounging/social area. Aaron, the concierge, was very helpful throughout our stay.

Property was amazing with breathtaking views of the ocean only a few steps to the beach. Accommodations were first class!! Only negative is the sliding door to the patio is very heavy and hard to open/close. Would definitely stay there again!! Pure Vida!!!

Everything about this place is perfect. Joseph did a great job as concierge and set us up with a home made dinner in the condo and a wonderful Catamaran experience as well as restaurant recommendations.
