Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.
The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.
There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The guests will have access to the entire property.
Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.
Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.
The beach at Playa Langosta is just across the road, only a moment away, with easy access from two locations. The entrance to each villa is secure and private with a doorbell located on the outside for guest use. Upon entering a villa at Cerca del Mar, you will encounter a tropical garden or, perhaps, a water garden. No matter where you are in the villa, you will have a view of either an indoor or outdoor garden, which truly brings the tropics indoors. The Great Room is surrounded by both indoor and outdoor landscaped gardens and opens to the pool terrace. The custom-designed kitchen offers American-style appliances including a dishwasher, oven, cook center stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The outdoor dining area just off the kitchen is covered by pergola and has a ceiling fan and gas grill. The Master Bedroom is also surrounded by landscaped gardens and offers a covered terrace for your enjoyment. The Master Bath has cast stone double sinks and opens to more tropical gardens. There is a built-in dressing area and access to the laundry facilities, a true convenience. Upstairs, you will find the Mirador-Bedroom Suite that gives you a view of the blue waters of the Pacific. A full bath with an indoor garden and a wet bar make this room a great place for entertaining. The third bedroom also has a full bath and the shower opens to another interior garden. The pool and patio areas in the Villas Cerca del Mar are completely landscaped and offer comfortable seating. The sound from the outdoor fountain relaxes the body and pleases the soul, as does the sound of the surf from the ocean. A vacation in your own private villa at Villas Cerca del Mar is as close to paradise as you can get.

We loved our stay! The location of the property is great; just a short walk across the street to the public beach access. The interior was true to the photos, in good condition, and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. There were two bedrooms with queen beds (seemed like a large queen), and the third with a full/queen and two bunk beds. There was a single bed with trundle underneath in the living room too. The pool was wonderful and large enough for our whole group to use at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and had an outdoor grill. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and quaint; loved the Playa Langosta area nestled off the hustle and bustle of main Tamarindo streets. If you're interested in accessing the main Tamarindo strip during your stay, would highly recommend renting a golf cart as it is definitely not walking distance. However, if you just want access to a beach and a few restaurants and a small mini supermarket, there are those things within walking distance of the unit. If I had friends going to Tamarindo, I would definitely recommend this property to them.We did have an issue with not having hot water in the showers. To Management's credit they did send someone over promptly to troubleshoot it when we called. The maintenance man said it was fixed but it wasn't. We didn't call back, just lived with it and took coldish showers; it was hot out after all, but it would be nice for this to be fixed.

Everything was great about this house. Just like advertised!! Great location with beach and sunset right across the street. Tom’s of restaurants within walking distance or golf cart ride. Pool was a perfect addition and AC units were working perfectly. Great communication with the management team as well. Would come back in a minute.

No es pequeña, pero tampoco inmensa, entonces cada área social con que cuenta es realmente amena. Sistemas de control de gas en toda la casa, piscina iluminada, camas muy super confortables, baños increíbles y el piso de la casa , tal vez son de las cosas que más disfruté.
