- Maximum Occupancy: Up to 9 guests. Please no groups of more than 4 unrelated adults.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited due to fire hazards.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- No Parties or Events: Events require prior host approval.
- No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms: Help us keep the home fresh and clean.
- Shoes Off Inside: Kindly remove shoes upon entering.
- Tidy Up Before Departure: Please wash dishes and take out the trash.
- Check-In after 4 PM | Check-Out by 10 AM
🛏 Bunk Bed Safety: The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs.
🚗 Parking: Park only on the gravel directly in front of the home. Do not drive behind the house to avoid getting stuck or causing damage. Guests will be responsible for repair costs.
🐾Pet Policy (Pre-Approval Required):
- Service Animals always accepted and not charged
- Pets allowed on the main floor only
- Crate when unattended
- Use blankets on furniture if your pet will be joining you there
- Control barking, especially during quiet hours.
- Clean up all waste and control barking
- Fees: $50 per night (excludes service animals). Ask about our long-term rates.

First of all, communication from Jaycee was exceptional. When I first reserved the home, I wasn’t quite sure how the house and location will work out. The home is much nicer in person than the photos. High loft living room with the wide kitchen window and wall to wall patio door. The house was nicely furnished and all the necessary utensils and equipment is available. The level of detail was thought out thoroughly. Only opportunity is having a outdoor gas grill that is piped in vs propane. The home felt like a resort and that one of the reasons I booked it. the home can sleep 8 with 2 bedrooms and an upstair loft with 4 beds (bunkbed). house is clean and the washer/ dryer was great. keurig was available for coffee. location is remote so about 15 min ride to Kolob canyons, 50 min to Zion National. Beautiful place to stay with quiet surrounding farm homes. I highly recommend if you looking for a remote tranquil getaway and if you don’t mind driving to places, this is the place for you.
