Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My large family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean, well equipped and spacious home. Located right on the beach and within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and nightlife, I appreciated its convenience.

The property is updated and accurately described. Vacasa helped us with a coffee maker even on the weekend. The pool is an added bonus. We loved the decks and the cleanliness of the house. Thank you to the team that made it possible!

The property is everything a family could want - clean, updated, steps from the beach, nice pool, good beds, great views, walkability, access with electronic locks. The only thing that could be a bit more clear is the house number at the back. Thank you to the owner and team!

The beach house was lovely but a 3rd floor shower leak was not fixed after being reported several times. Water dripped onto the ceiling of a 2nd floor bedroom and even dripped into the first floor ceiling. A plumber came and tried to fix the leak with caulking, but it did not repair the leak. 9 people shared two showers, one of them outdoors,
for several days. We could not talk to anyone about the issue...they refused to take calls, or answer texts or voice messages. We felt ignored and spent time dealing with this for most days of our stay. We will never book with Vacasa in the future. A very disappointing and annoying vacation experience!
