This well-maintained condo is truly an oceanfront paradise, offering flatscreen TVs (with a great cable package that includes HBO and most premium channels), a strong WiFi network, Hunter Douglas Palm Beach sliders and vertiglides, and Telescope patio furniture.
On the grounds of the oceanfront Meridian, enjoy access to a large outdoor pool and the beach right downstairs. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be just about a block from the Ocean City Tennis Center and the Assawoman Bay Bridge and within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, and every convenience you could want or need.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is great! Large and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and ocean view beautiful. Enjoyed time on the balcony with very comfortable furniture. I would not hesitate to book this condo again!

The location is perfect. It's a narrow part of the strand and it didn't feel like it was ever crowded. There was still space around our beach site.

This was my first VRBO rental. It was just as described. Beautiful decor. We all had a great time, and made lots of wonderful memories. Perfect location just steps to the beach.
