About this house rental

Sweet single story 2 bedroom 2 bath home with separate 1 bedroom studio situated on a quiet street abutting golf course and close to bike paths, conservations trails and the beach! Short distance to Town and mid island and shuttle stop nearby. Sunny and open living room with large sectional sofa & flat screen tv. Also in this room is a breakfast table and galley kitchen with French doors out to large mahogany deck furnished with comfortable seating around gas fire table plus dining. Multiple umbrellas for shade in the day time. One guest room on the front side of the house with updated hall bath and separate laundry. Master bedroom suite with updated private bath. Separate studio cottage with Queen bed offers privacy. Finally, a gym space off living room separated by the sliding glass door with infrared sauna, free weights, and a peloton! Second outdoor shower that is unenclosed for rinsing sandy feet or dogs.
