Fully renovated in 2020! Big Tuna is a classic Madaket "upside-down" house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and gorgeous views. New kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, furniture and central A/C. Walking distance to the beach! 10 minutes from your doorstep, wander down a winding path through conservation land and you'll find yourself at the entrance to 40th Pole Beach. Or head in the other direction to Warrens Landing Beach, also within walking distance. New outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, gas fire pit, teak lounge furniture, two decks and a large yard - ideal for sunbathing or lawn games. Access to tennis courts and basketball court. 'Wave' shuttle bus and Madaket bike path nearby.

We rented this house last year. While our stay got cut short, the time we spent at the house and on island was great.
The house is well appointed and clean and was perfect for my husband and me and our two dogs!
Tamara was easy to work with and accommodating.
