Open the doors and let in the soft island breezes at this beautiful Parrot Tree home that overlooks the Caribbean Sea, mainland Honduras, and Cayos Cochinos!
Enjoy a private swimming pool that will welcome you home after mornings walking on the beach, a shaded terrace with a dining area and a gas grill. Easy access to beautiful coastline and endless outdoor activities in Roatan.
The community provides private security, offering you peace of mind and ensuring a safe and secure stay. This tranquil retreat offers a cool, serene escape, blending relaxation with the beauty of Roatán’s tropical paradise.
You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax.
Important Note: The community pool is temporarily out of service.
Electricity Charge
Electricity is not included in your stay. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and usage is billed at $0.40 USD per kWh. Charges will be calculated and billed at the end of the stay based on actual consumption.
Electricity is privately generated on the island, making it more expensive, and water is also a valuable resource. To save energy, we recommend turning off the AC when leaving the property or when doors are open.

-If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 50 to 60 min.

* In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, consult with the reservation assistant about the charge for it.

Very nice house, well-maintained and pictures are totally accurate. It is very comfortable and pleasant. The pool and the view are also great. We rented a car, which seems to be a must if you intend to visit a bit the island or explore different beaches.
