Welcome to Starfish Beach House, an idyllic tropical retreat nestled right on the shoreline of Roatán. With two spacious master suites, each featuring a king bed and an additional twin, this enchanting beach house is ideal for two couples or families seeking a serene yet adventure-filled escape.
Starfish Beach House is a relaxed oceanfront retreat set along the white sandy shoreline of Milton Point, a peaceful and secluded North Shore community on Roatán’s East End. With beautiful Caribbean views, a private dock, a newly renovated beachfront community pool and plenty of ways to enjoy the water, Starfish is made for guests looking to slow down and experience island living.
Starfish Beach House features two spacious master suites, each with a king bed plus an additional twin bed, making the home a great choice for two couples, a family or a small group.
The beach-level main living area has an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. The comfortable living room includes two sofas, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Starlink Wi-Fi and Amazon Prime.
Sliding glass doors open onto a large covered deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy meals outside, settle into the hammock with a book or simply listen to the waves breaking along the nearby reef. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day in the sea.
The main-level master suite is located just off the living area and features a king bed, twin bed, oversized windows with beautiful ocean views, ample closet space, air conditioning and an overhead fan. The adjoining beautifully remodeled bathroom features a tiled shower and can also be accessed from the main living area.
Take either the front or rear staircase upstairs to the second master suite, featuring a king bed, twin bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, two spacious closets and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
One of the highlights of the upper suite is its private deck with sweeping 180-degree Caribbean views. With steady sea breezes and miles of blue in front of you, it’s a wonderful place for morning coffee or a quiet moment at the end of the day.
Beach, Dock & Pool
Step outside and you’re right along the shoreline.
Guests have access to the shared community dock, featuring a thatched palapa, bench seating cushioned lounders and hammocks. It’s a favorite spot for relaxing over the water, enjoying an afternoon massage or settling in with your favorite drink to watch one of Milton Point’s beautiful Caribbean sunsets.
Guests also have access to the newly renovated beachfront community pool, shared by only four homes, including Starfish. Just steps from the beach and Caribbean Sea, the pool offers another beautiful place to cool off and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Milton Point.
Back at the house, gather around the outdoor fire pit in the evening and enjoy the stars and sounds of the sea.
Get Out on the Water
Starfish makes it easy to explore beyond the shoreline. Guests have use of:

Diving & Nearby Beach Resort: For diving and snorkeling adventures, Turquoise Bay Dive & Beach Resort is just about a five-minute drive from Starfish. The resort also offers day passes, giving guests another option for a day out with a beautiful sandy beach, over-the-water cabanas, swimming pool and restaurant. We recommend visiting on a non-cruise-ship day for a quieter, more relaxed experience.

Milton Point offers a quieter side of Roatán, away from the crowds of the West End while still giving you access to everything that makes the island special.
Whether your days are spent kayaking along the coast, exploring the reef, relaxing beside the pool or doing absolutely nothing in a hammock over the Caribbean, Starfish Beach House is a beautiful place to settle into the easy rhythm of island life.
Other Things to Note
Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The electric meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily control their usage by turning off air conditioning when it is not needed.
Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.

Daisey met us at the airport and we followed her in our rental car to the property (with a stop at Eldon’s for groceries). We stayed for 30-nights with some friends joining us for half of them. Had a great time using Star Fish to relax and enjoy the sun and using it as our home base while exploring the island. IMO Rental vehicle is a must. Security and maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. Will be back again.

Location was lovely, right on the water, with a dock you could swim from. The kayaks and paddle boards are great amenities. Snorkeling is a way out off shore though, a bit too far to swim, but you can kayak out then snorkel, but recommend using one of the buoys to anchor your kayak.The kitchen could have been a bit more clean -- fishy odor in the refrigerator, otherwise things were OK. The property and beach is cleaned and maintained by local staff, as well as having night security. Local kids play around the area but we did not mind -- they politely asked to borrow the extra kayak on most days and it was fun to see them out there having fun too.

We choose this property mainly for its location. Milton Bight is a beautiful out of the way area, very quiet and close to fishing and snorkelling. The property is located just steps from the quiet beach. There are a few other rentals but the area is still quiet. The washing machine was changed while we where there. The BBQ needs to be upgraded. The front windows all leak when it rains(some a lot). The upstairs shower head needs upgrade. Instruction book needs garbage info and oven lighting info. My main issue is for the price you are paying, the house need to be close to perfect and its not. Mainly, general maintenance issues. Our group rents all over the world, so we know what to expect in this price range.We may stay again next year but we have a list of requirements that would need to be address before hand. I WOULD recommend hiring locals like Charles Rivers (from Milton Bight) for fishing/ snorkelling and driving(Eldon's and restaurants) trips. Our holiday was awesome because of the location and the local Guide(Charles) and was Ok as far as the house goes. Rent a car if not using locals and bring BUG STUFF. All in all a nice experience but could be better. BUG STUFF!!
